Which shipping method should I choose?
It depends on your timeline, volume and budget. We’ll offer road, air and sea options with a cost estimate.
Who handles customs?
We arrange clearance together with licensed customs representatives in Turkey and Russia.
Do you accept payment for the goods?
No, we never hold client funds. You pay the factory directly under the contract — usually a 30–50% advance and the balance before shipment, once we’ve inspected the batch. If needed, we can bring in a vetted payment agent.
How much do your services cost?
Supplier verification — from $290, factory sourcing — from $490, batch inspection — $290 per day. End-to-end deal management — 3% to 8% of the goods value. Details and a calculator are on the “Pricing” page.
Who do I sign the contract with?
The contract and invoices are issued by our partner company in Turkey that carries out the work. We include its company details in the commercial offer before work begins.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the factory and the category. Supplier verification is available for any volume; deal management starts at $5,000 of goods.
What products do you work with?
Any category made in Turkey: from apparel and furniture to equipment, building materials and raw materials. If it is made in Turkey, we will find the factory and arrange the supply.
